Blog 1: autobiography Damaris

Hi everyone

 My name is Damaris Urzua, i have 19 years old, i was born the 21 of january of 2001 in Santiago-Chile 

i studied my primary and secundary in liceo Alma Mater, there i studied tourism for 2 years, then i have to do a professional practice in latam airlines for a while, because I wanted to be a flight attendant but then in 2019 I started studying anthropology.

I live with my mom and a little sister and brother, they are 5 and 2 years, usually i have to take care of them and sometimes it's feels like they were my children.

In this days i dont want to do too much, i feel very tired especially for university work but generally in my free time i like to hang out with my friends, do some sport, watch a serie or listen to music.

    It's difficult to balance responsibilities as a student and older sister. I send you a lot of love and encouragement for the university semester. <3

Hi everyone today i will talk about positive, negative and funny experiences about this world pandemic In the beggining it was so hard for all of us because we didnt have a good relationship and comunication,  we dont geting used to spend time together so that affect in many ways the family coexistence. one way to deal with this was learn to be related with eachother and try to go on with cotidian routine despite the world context. I think in somehow it was a opportunity to improve as society like for example how people and comunity show a little sense of empathy and solidarity,  organized common pots, be responsable by family, kids and old people, and make us  apreciate little things that we have.But mostly was another opportunity to see all the deficiencies in our system and goberment, this its for me the most visible during the pandemic. Blog 8: what about your english challenges

 Hi today im gointg to talk about  some difficulties that i have to learning english this semester english its was a language that always keep my attettion, but it was a little difficult for me to learn and improve english because the academic level of my school was not really good, but for lucky  i watch a lot of series and listen to music in that idiom, so that help me a little but not enough to be prepared for the university.  Generally i feel very motiveted with the posibility to learn any language, specially english because i plan travel and this its one of the language that are more used in the world, and that allow me to interact to diversity of people. But since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 learn any subject at  university its become a really stressfull and demotivating thing.  Hi everyone! Today im going to talk about cinema  The firts movie that i watch and i cant forget for a long time was "the ring", i watched when i was 8 years old and then i was really scared, i cant even sleep with the lights out and for that reason i cant watch horror movies or something that have screemo and aesthetically ugly characters, but its sad because one of them are really good, so i just watch the trailers. i think the movies generally are too short and i need more so for that reason i prefer series, my favorite genre is drama, suspense and a little of science fiction.  I have to mention that i dont like too much the comedy but recently im really into "the office" this is about a group of employees that works in a paper company, they are characterized for the little comon sense and be very ridiculous, the episodes are short but very funny. I think that i cant choose one favorite serie or movie :( but this its one fav in this time, because makes me laught...
